If you search Google for Interstitial Lung Disease clinics there are several in the US. They all treat Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF), and some do clinical trials for IPF. But the ones listed below are the only ones that list Idiopathic Pulmonary Hemosiderosis (IPH) specifically. 1) National Jewish Hospital, Denver, Colorado: www.nationaljewish.org/programs/directory/interstitial-lung-disease/2) Children's Hospital, Aurora, Colorado: www.childrenscolorado.org/conditions/lung/conditions/ild/child-program.aspx3) Boston Children's Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts: www.childrenshospital.org/az/Site3419/mainpageS3419P1.html4) Ayass Lung Clinic, Dallas, Texas and San Angelo, Texas: ayasslungclinic.com/lung-diseases/interstitial-lung-diseases/You might also take a look at this website: www.rightdiagnosis.com/i/idiopathic_pulmonary_hemosiderosis/intro.htm It lists a lot of information for IPH, including conditions resulting from IPH, misdiagnosis and treatments. The only thing I did not like on this website is it has a small section on "Home Diagnosis", I believe you should be diagnosed by a doctor, ILD specialist, trying to diagnose any illness/disease on your own is never a good idea.
